Thank you to everyone who participated and helped in some way for this event. We should be able to donate our goal amount of $2500 USD. It will be done in two separate donations due to limitations on removing funds from SecondLife. The initial donation of $2000USD is already in process and will be made to the NBCF within a week. The receipt will be posted here for transparency. Then 30 days later the remaining $500USD will be taken out and donated.
We could not have done this without all of you! Thank you to the Platinum Sponsors: Ever An’ Angel, Lybra, PurpleMoon and Sky. Thank you to all the other sponsors/designers for being so eager to help out, especially those that jumped in at the last possible second to fill some vacant booths. Thank you to John from JOH/Windlight Magazine for the help along the way. Thank you to Brad for sprucing up our concert stage and making it amazing. Thank you to the MGB team for the amazing stylings, runway work and show coordination that only you all can accomplish. Thank you to SAVIAD and Ferosh for allowing us to invade your space for the event and being flexible. Thank you to all of our media partners: Windlight Magazine, SL Fierce, ModeLS Magazine and Eclipse Magazine for publicizing our event. Online partners Seraphim and Teleport HUB as well made us visible. Firestorm Viewer was amazing getting our Message of the Day out on their log-in screen to help spread the word, thank you!
I have to give a huge shout out to our booth designer for this year – The Domineaux Effect. WOW. Even though Domineaux had so much going on in RL, she still managed to come and donate the amazing roman themed booths for this year’s event. A much needed make-over and very appreciated. I hope everyone will go visit her store and see the other fantastic builds she does.
Finally, to all of our event guests. You truly are the ones we have to thank. Your generous donations and purchases are what made this all possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
See you all for Rock Your Rack 2016 – Opening October 1, 2016.
