It’s Almost here! We open at 12am SLT Saturday, October 1st – are you ready?

It’s hard to believe that we are just 48 hours away from Rock Your Rack 2016’s opening day! Are you ready? Have you checked out some of the designer exclusives? Have you checked out those that chose to tease you with a hunt photo for their booth? We have over 50 designers participating, and some art pieces in the hunt as well. I’m looking at those one-of-a-kind items for the Silent Auction that will get posted here tonight and already have my list to bid on. Are you excited yet?

There is another reason to get excited – we have some amazing 2D and 3D artists participating in this first edition of the Rock Your Rack Art show and Auction presented by Kultivate Magazine. I’m told there are some amazing 3D pieces up for auction from an artist that does not normally do that! Big name! Wait until you see!

Exclusives for the event are starting to be posted here on the site and this weekend the hunt items and Silent Auction items will be posted. The sim had the finishing touches put on it tonight, and soon the designers and artists will be moving into their booths. The Concert Stage is amazing and we can’t wait to share it all with you! Just 10 days from now the event will be open to the public complete with the 10L hunt, silent auction, Art show, Art Auction, Designer exclusives, fashion shows, DJ dance Parties, Live Musical performances, Tribute concerts, and 7Seas Fishing tournaments. Wow – what a line up that will be the talk of events for the fall. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to help our cause the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Every year we have a mulititude of Musical Events that help us entertain visitors to Rock Your Rack and also help with the overall fundraising efforts. This year we have 4 tribute concerts, 12 DJ Dance Parties, and 9 Live Musicial Artists all performing. We need the help of talented professionals who host at clubs and for professional SL musicians to come and give us an hour or so of their time to help host these events. Duties include greeting guests as they arrive, making chat, assisting the performer with behind the scenes items such as changing the land stream, and unfortunately dealing with the occasional uninvited guest.
