Last night was an amazing event at the Rock Your Rack concert stage! Two of SL’s finest live musicians took the stage as solo artists, but then also gave us over 30 minutes of dual stream magic. The sim was packed most of the evening and we had to keep inching up the number of avatars allowed on the sim to keep from crashing the sim, but allowing as many as we could on the sim at a time. And, in true Rockstar fashion, these two performers challenged the crowd to be generous in their donations and when all was said and done we had raised over 19,000 Lindens for the event. That translates to approx. $75.00 USD Way to go everyone! Quartz and Maximillion, your teams and your fans – we give you all a huge Thank You and appreciate your continued support through the years for this event! See you both next year!

We are moving into the second full week of Rock Your Rack 2016. The event closes on Sunday, and we have a full schedule this week to keep you coming back to the event and supporting the cause! Don’t forget the event exclusives by each designer and artist that you can purchase with 100% of those purchase amounts going to the cause. We also have amazing 3D Art and one-of-a-kind fashion Silent Auctions that are closing soon! The Art Closes in about 48 hours from now, and the fashion closes on Saturday the 15th. There are even some new offerings out at the Fashion Side including three one-of-a-kind Halloween outfits that were just put up for Auction yesterday! Go bid! The Musical Tribute concerts presented by the Hiess Project have packed the sim this week as they presented two amazing artist: Def Leppard and Melissa Ethridge. Both concerts were full of energy, with great turnout, and lots of crowd interaction. Did you make it? If not, be sure to hit the final Tribute concert we have coming up to close the event on Saturday, October 15th at 8pm SLT when the Hiess Project will present U2.
